INVESTING IN YOU

At Max-imum Well-ness Natural Health & Wellness Center, we choose to put all of our time and resources into providing you with the best care possible. In order to do that, we do not bill insurance on your behalf. All visits have a defined cash pay price as listed below. 

Payment is due at the time of scheduling for all New Patients and at the time of service for established patients. 

We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA funds, debit cards

Although we do not bill insurance for you, we will happily provide you with all necessary insurance documents for you to submit to your provider. 

Reimbursement for your visit is dependent on your insurance plan.

Appointments

CANCELLATION POLICIES

New Appointment Cancellation Policy


- 4 Business Days before your scheduled appointment you will be 

reimbursed 100%.

- 3 Business Days or less before your scheduled appointment you will be reimbursed 50% of your booking fee.

- If you cancel the day of your appointment or are a No Show you will not be reimbursed. 


Follow Up Cancellation Policy


- If you cancel 2 Business Days before your scheduled appointment there will be no charge.

- If you cancel 2 Business Days or less before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.  

- If you cancel the day of your appointment or are a No Show you will be charged the full appointment fee.
